Our Mission The Junior League of Portland, OR (founded in 1910), is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Between the Lines is a project that positively impacts the community by promoting literacy and strengthening family bonds between incarcerated parents and their children.
